I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. They got back to me quickly, and while it did take one extra email to get everything sorted, they were friendly and helpful the whole time. They fixed the problem, and I’m satisfied with how it all turned out.

I’ve picked up a few Melissa & Doug toys for my kids and they’ve been great. They get played with a lot and still hold up really well. Not exactly the cheapest toys out there, but for the quality... yeah I feel like it’s worth it. I’d definitely buy more

I’ve picked up a few Melissa & Doug toys for my kids over time, they’ve been really solid. The wooden pieces feel sturdy and well made, not flimsy or cheap, and the paint has held up well even with my kids playing with them almost every day.
I think other parents would probably appreciate that the toys themselves last, even if the boxes can get a little worn out after a while. Overall, I’ve been happy with what we bought and would feel good recommending them to other families.

My daughter really gets into these toys and will actually sit and play with them for a good while, which surprised me. She keeps asking to bring them out again, so it’s definitely been a win for us. The only thing I’m careful about is the smaller pieces because I’d be so annoyed if we lost any and couldn’t use the set the same way. Overall though, she loves it and it keeps her busy...

I’ve been happy with how accurate the Melissa & Doug age ranges are, honestly. I got a puzzle for my 3 year old and it felt just right, not too frustrating, but not babyish either. My older kid got one of their craft sets too, and that also seemed really well matched for her age. Maybe I’m not the only one who overthinks picking toys, but it’s nice not having to guess so much.

I love how simple this toy is. It’s cute without being covered in a million flashing lights or random noises, which is apparently too much to ask for these days. It feels sturdy, looks adorable, and my kid will seriously sit and play with it for ages. No complicated setup, no tiny pieces everywhere, just a solid little toy that actually keeps them entertained.

The box showed up looking great—neatly packaged with no dents or damage at all. I was relieved because I hate risking a damaged delivery and having to deal with returns or replacements.

The return was no hassle at all. I sent it back without any drama and the refund came through quickly, which was great. Kind of boring to talk about, but in a good way...

I wasn’t expecting it to arrive that fast, but it got here in two days. Maybe I just got lucky, I’m not sure, but the shipping was super quick.

I’ve picked up a few Melissa & Doug toys for my kids, they’ve been used way more than I thought they would be. I expected them to be cute little toys, but the puzzles and pretend play sets have actually helped with counting, words, and problem-solving in a really natural way.

What I like most is that they’re not overly flashy, loud, or complicated. My kids just sit down and play, and somehow they’re learning without it feeling like a lesson or homework, which is exactly what I was hoping for but didn’t fully expect...

The pretend food and little wooden animals are the big hits around here. One minute they’re running a grocery store, then it’s a farm, then somehow a restaurant with animals as customers. It’s cute, and I like that they actually have to use their imaginations instead of just pressing buttons.
Yeah, the pieces definitely end up all over the house, but that’s basically normal life with kids. Overall, these have been great for keeping them busy and playing creatively without needing a screen...

I was looking for stuff for both of my kids and actually ended up finding everything in one spot, which almost never happens. Lots of good toy options, decent variety, and it saved me from running around to different stores. Anyway, that was it.

My kiddo plays with these safely, and I like that there aren’t any sharp bits. Some of the wooden pieces are kinda heavy tho, so I usually stay close while they’re playing just in case.

We’ve had these for a while now, and after watching my kids drag them around, toss them, and play rough with them, I can say they’re really tough. They’ve held up way better than a lot of other toys we’ve bought.
